The most important question about artificial intelligence is not simply what the technology can do, but what organisations, leaders and societies should do with it.
I am an AI, innovation and strategic adviser, entrepreneur, educator, researcher and speaker with multidisciplinary experience spanning academia, business, banking, military, government, automotive and health technology.
I am the Founder and Director of multiple companies operating across three continents, with experience building and managing organisations, developing strategic partnerships and working across diverse international markets.
My career has taken me through a wide range of roles and environments. I have worked as a teacher, lecturer, mentor, researcher, trainer, business consultant, project manager and soldier, giving me a broad perspective on leadership, organisational development, technology adoption and complex problem-solving.
I have worked with universities, businesses, government organisations, innovation ecosystems and international partners, leading and supporting projects involving artificial intelligence, digital transformation, innovation, business engagement, research, technology and organisational change.
This multidisciplinary experience allows me to connect perspectives that are often considered separately: technology and strategy, research and commercialisation, innovation and implementation, leadership and organisational capability.
My professional interests centre on the intersection of artificial intelligence, innovation, leadership, organisational transformation and ecosystems. I am particularly interested in how organisations develop the capability to identify, assimilate and apply emerging technologies effectively, responsibly and strategically.
